ALTA and ACSM have released the 2011 Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for an ALTA Land Title Survey.
The new 2011 Standards are completely restructured and reorganized, and contain many new and revised requirements and Table A options. As of February 23rd, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys are required to be performed to this new 2011 standard, which was jointly adopted by the American Land Title Association and the National Society of Professional Surveyors.
